In January, I’m attempting to do 31 days of clean eating with kids.  Clean eating can mean a whole lot of things, but to me it means avoiding processed ingredients and eating a diet filled with vegetables and fruits.  This week, the focus is on vegan and vegetarian recipes.  Even if you’re not vegan or vegetarian, these meals are a delicious way to get more veggies into your diet and that of your kids!
