One document that reads what you already have and hands back the order.
What to sell next, why that one and not the other ten, and the first move you make Monday. Strategy and authority for your growth.
What it reads, and what it hands back
The Brief starts with what already exists. The shop, the channel, the workshop, the pattern for sale, the list if there is one. It reads the work you have already put in the world and it takes that work at face value.
From that read it hands back three things. What to sell next. Why that one and not the other ten. And the first move you make Monday, written plainly enough that it can be started before the document is finished.
It is a recommendation, in prose, on the page. Nine of the eleven things on your list are not wrong. They are early. The Brief says which two to do now, and which nine to leave alone until the stage that pays for them.
List, then bundle, then community, then course.
Every stage pays for the next one. The Brief names the stage you are in and the one move that gets you to the next. Not four moves, not a roadmap. One.

Taught & repeatableWhat you get, and what you do not
You get a PDF, delivered by email. Around twelve pages, written in plain prose, addressed to your business by name. Read once, do the one thing on the last page, and keep it on the shelf for the next stage.
You do not get a call. There is no meeting to book, no discovery form, no strategy session, no video. The Brief reads the work that is already public, so there is nothing to schedule.
Nothing renews. Nothing gets added later to make it look bigger. The document ends, and so does the transaction.
Who it is for
You make something with your hands and you already sell it. You have started teaching it, through a channel, a workshop, or a pattern for sale. You have a list of everything you could do next and no order to it.
Who it is not for
Anyone who has nothing to sell yet. The Brief reads what exists, so if the shop is not open and nothing has sold, there is nothing to read and you would be paying for guesses. Also anyone who wants someone else to run it. This is a recommendation you carry out.
One price, on the page, and the document ends.
Delivery is by email within two working days of purchase. If the Brief cannot be written from what is publicly readable, the purchase is refunded in full and the reason is named.
After the Brief there are template packs for the moves it names. They run $37 to $197, they are bought separately, and they are separate on purpose. If the Brief tells you to build a list and you would rather write the emails yourself, that is the cheaper path and it works.
Six questions, and it tells you where you already are in the order. The Brief is offered on the result page.
